A Gathering Place Wellness Education Center – Continuing Education brings in adjunct instructors from the community who specialize in areas of bodywork that would interest professionals and the general public.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing treatment for tired, achy muscles. It calms the mind and brings the body into harmony. The ultimate goal is to release tension in the scalp, neck and shoulders, along with providing relaxation and rejuvenation while sitting in a chair. In this workshop, the therapist will have hands-on experience on the effects, benefits and advantages of this unique modality, Indian Head Massage. We will discuss and experience how we can release tension in the upper body where most of our tension is found.
